How a workshop runs

Workshops are educational beginner plant-care sessions for adults who are starting out, held in a small group with room for questions and practical observation.

Two learning paths

Choose fern care or succulent care when you make contact. Fern care begins with light, moisture and the growing medium; succulent care covers suitable light, drainage and watering habits.

75 minutes

Each workshop lasts 75 minutes, with room for questions and practical observation.

Up to six people

Groups are kept small, with a maximum of six participants.

One plant-care question

Bring one plant-care question about your own plant so the session starts from what you can observe.

No previous experience

No previous experience is needed; the workshops are for adults who are starting out.

Educational sessions only

Workshops are educational. We do not sell plants, and we cannot promise to diagnose every plant problem.

Sessions are arranged after an enquiry

There is no online shop, instant booking or payment. Send an enquiry with your preferred workshop topic and group size; submitting an enquiry does not reserve a place or take payment, and dates, availability and pricing are confirmed in our reply. Replies come within two working days.

Enquire about a workshop

Tell us whether you are asking about fern care, succulent care or a general beginner workshop, and include your preferred group size.
